Salon Maintenance Pricing and Lifecycle Economics

Maintenance pricing varies because salons charge for different units of work. Some menus use a flat move-up price; others charge by row, hour, installed quantity or repair count. Reuse, Reapplication and Replacement Burden

Reuse improves material economics only when the hair survives the service cycle. Biology readout: Maintenance intervals partly reflect natural hair growth and shedding. Extensions do not remain fixed relative to the scalp even when the attachment itself performs perfectly.

The Cost of Delayed Maintenance

Skipping an appointment can look like a reduction in burden because the client avoids one salon visit. The later service often shows the opposite.
